The Zwilling TWIN Signature line of precision stamped cutlery by Zwilling J.A. Henckels is designed with the demanding new chef in mind. Each piece in the TWIN Signature line is precision-stamped in Germany from stainless steel that has an ideal balance of chromium and carbon content. As with all FRIODUR Henckels knives, the blades of the knives in this collection have been ice-hardened to enhance their quality. The result of this patented process is a blade that is especially flexible and resistant to rusting, corrosion, staining and pitting. The blade has a full tang, adding to the balance and strength of the piece.

Though TWIN Signature knives are dishwasher safe, it is highly recommended that they be cleaned by hand.

The TWIN Signature 2.5″ Peeling Knife is a small knife with a firm tip designed to peel potatoes, fruit and vegetables, as well as cut out spots and blemishes.

The TWIN Signature 4″ Paring / Utility Knife is a small, light and handy knife with a slim blade and center tip. It acts as the extension of the hand for small jobs, and peels, cuts, cleans and garnishes fruits and vegetables easily.

The TWIN Signature 5″ Serrated Utility Knife is a medium-sized knife with a scalloped edge perfect for foods with a tough outside and a soft center like tomatoes and small rolls. It is also practical for sausages, cheeses and sandwiches.

The TWIN Signature 8″ Chef’s Knife is great for chopping, dicing, bias cutting and slicing. Rocking the knife handle of this all-purpose knife up and down, with the fingers of your other hand resting lightly on the back of the blade, towards the tip, makes short work of many cutting tasks.

Engraving: Up to 12 characters can be custom laser engraved on to the blade of the TWIN Signature 8″ Chef’s Knife in this set.
