The Zwilling Pro 7″ Santoku Hollow (Granton) Edge Knifeis an all purpose knife for slicing and chopping. The specially contoured edge is perfect for cutting vegetables, and the wide blade doubles as a spatula. The hollow edge allows air between the blade and the item being cut for extra thin cutting. The unique edge of this knife must be sharpened by a professional.

The Zwilling Pro series of kitchen knives by Zwilling J.A. Henckels combines sophisticated aesthetics and performance. The ergonomic, triple rivet handle of each knife fits the hand perfectly, while the unique wedge-shaped blade results in optimum stability and ease of cutting. The curved, diagonal bolster, which integrates seamlessly with the handle, allows for full use and sharpening of the entire length of the blade.
