The Tri-Hone Knife Sharpener by Wusthof is the tool you need to keep your fine kitchen cutlery razor-sharp. This sharpener features three sharpening surfaces - coarse, medium and fine grit, and includes honing oil bottle for easily dispensing mineral or honing oil while sharpening.
To use the Tri-Hone Sharpener, begin with the coarse stone to smooth out the largest imperfections, and move gradually to the fine stone. To keep your blade's angle symmetrical, sharpen first one side of the blade, and then the other. A small amount of honing oil on each stone will keep the knife blade moving easily over the stone, and will keep the knife shavings from clogging the pores of the stone.
Engraving: Up to 10 characters can be custom engraved on the wooden stand of the Tri-Hone Sharpener.
