Zwilling TWIN Signature 7″ Santoku Hollow Edge Knife

The Zwilling TWIN Signature 7″ Santoku Hollow Edge Knife is an all purpose knife for slicing and chopping. The specially contoured edge is perfect for cutting vegetables, and the wide blade doubles as a spatula. The hollow edge allows air between the blade and the item being cut for extra thin cutting.

The Zwilling TWIN Signature line of precision stamped cutlery by Zwilling J.A. Henckels is designed with the demanding new chef in mind. Each piece in the TWIN Signature line is precision-stamped in Germany from stainless steel that has an ideal balance of chromium and carbon content. As with all FRIODUR Henckels knives, the blades of the knives in this collection have been ice-hardened to enhance their quality. The result of this patented process is a blade that is especially flexible and resistant to rusting, corrosion, staining and pitting. The blade has a full tang, adding to the balance and strength of the piece.

Though TWIN Signature knives are dishwasher safe, it is highly recommended that they be cleaned by hand.

Engraving: Up to 12 characters can be custom laser engraved on to the blade of the TWIN Signature 7″ Santoku HE Knife.
